It's Houston, so there are alot of things to do. The Mariott Sugarland is located in the Sugarland city center, so there are shops and restaurants that are within walkable distance. Otherwise, houston is known for good desi food, Nasa space center, downtown museums and music scene. They also have a mall close by to the venue with a year round ice skating rink in it to beat the heat. Public Transportation is not the fastest, and you will see endless fly overs.
